Ironclad Tetsucabra can be affected by the Frenzy Virus and turn Frenzied as a result, and they've even been known to be capable of overcoming the Frenzy Virus and attaining the Apex State as a result. If it spots an Elder Dragon level monster, it will roar at them angrily and initiate a turf war, or begin an assault. If Ironclad Tetsucabra sees a large monster it preys upon it will roar and attempt to attack. They can also be seen resting from time to time, sleeping or looking around for meals. Ironclad Tetsucabra can sometimes be seen wandering its habitat, breaking earth around it and adding to its jaws. Ironclad Tetsucabra can leave Large Footprints on the ground, Broken Earth or Iron Scales on the ground, and Rip Marks on walls. Ironclad Tetsucabra often completely ignore smaller monsters unless they are a part of its diet or a rival, in which it will become aggressive and will attack on sight. It feeds on smaller creatures that would live in deserts or underground climates, though prefers Neopterons. Ironclad Tetsucabra is a stronger counterpart to its regular species, and will often take on monsters of the same strength as Elder Dragons. It retains the red markings around its eyes that regular Tetsucabra have, but its eyes are a shade of vibrant pink rather than blue. Ironclad Tetsucabra's legs are more muscular than a regular Tetsucabra's, and its spiky stubby tail is in a constant swelled-up state. Inside its mouth is a large set of molars that are capable of crushing prey with ease. Its lower jaw harbours large tusks covered in solid rock, and when not they are a dark brown in colour. These scales take on a steely hue towards the top of its head, which is metallic, highly dense plating. Its scales are a dull grey in colour, with some blue-grey spikes in places, which stand up when in Brawler Mode.
